One of my favorite studio “Digital Kitchen” been a long while since I’ve seen something from them.
“Digital Kitchen, part of Sid Lee’s creative community designed the main title sequence for Hulu’s new show “Helstrom” that is based on one of Marvel’s darker storylines. Digital Kitchen dives into this psychological thriller based on l characters Daimon and Ana Helstrom’s traumatic childhood. The team did this by imagining the siblings’ adolescent drawings to develop a title sequence that mirrors the show’s eerie tone and mood and creates a narrative that enriches the protagonists’ backstory.
By sketching thousands of individual frames, Digital Kitchen made sure to assemble the entire sequence by hand. Each drawing offered viewers a unique window into the characters’ collective and personal experiences.”motionographer.com

The Enneagram is a system of personality typing that describes patterns in how people interpret the world and manage their emotions. The Enneagram describes nine different personality types and maps each of these types on a nine-pointed diagram which helps to illustrate how the types relate to one another.
We came up with a way to visualize each of the 9 types in a unique and minimal way.” – Artist Doug Alberts
“An excerpt from the upcoming film ‘Buster Williams – Bass to Infinity’ directed by Adam Kahan. This is part 2 of 3 of Buster’s introduction to life on the road with legendary jazz musicians Gene Ammons and Sonny Stitt when Buster was 18 and right out of high school. More to come…”
Stunting work production by Elastic. The direction reminds me of stuff I did in 2019. It great when this have a message hidden within the beautiful craftsmanship.
“The rough cut is where the magic happens.” We all experience struggles with being creative, believing in ourselves, and finding the best language to share our ideas. There’s an infinite battle between the concept in our minds and what gets put to paper. This short is all about the creative process, and how vulnerable we are as artists.
Because this is a universal experience, we connected with friends from around the world and enlisted their help in telling this story. Oh, and we also used their true voices in the voiceover.”
